  • Usage data: technical information about how you interact with our website (e.g. pages viewed, device type).
  • Payment information (when applicable): processed securely by our payment provider; we do not store card details ourselves.

We use your information to:

  • Operate our waitlist and league services.
  • Place you in suitable leagues based on your level, availability, and location.
  • Schedule fixtures, send reminders, and manage standings.
  • Respond to enquiries and provide customer support.
  • Improve our services, platform, and league experience.
  • Send important service updates about your league.
  • Send marketing communications where you’ve given consent (you can opt out any time).
  • Comply with our legal obligations and prevent fraud.

  • Court venues, where necessary to organise and run your matches.
  • Payment providers, to securely process transactions (when payments are introduced).
  • Trusted service providers (e.g. hosting, database, email, and analytics providers) under strict confidentiality and data-processing agreements.
  • Authorities or regulators, where we are legally required to do so.

Some providers may process data outside the UK. Where this happens, we use appropriate safeguards (e.g. UK adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses).

We keep your personal data only as long as necessary to provide our services and meet our legal obligations. When data is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymise it. You can ask us to delete your waitlist entry at any time (see “Your rights” below).
